  Hi all! We currently take our pets to Banfield at Petsmart. Yesterday we were told our 4 year old schnauzer has a possible tumor on one of her mammary glands. We are supposed to set up an appointment for xrays and then the procedure that tests to see if it is benign or not. That will cost us roughly under $400. If the tumor needs to be removed that will be another $1000. I am asking if anyone has a recommendation to another vet that they think will be more affordable. Not sure if $1400 is expected. Also would like to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience. Thank you in advance!
