  Dr. Mark Baker in Blairsville, GA across from Union General Hospital. His number is 706-745-5551. He's an orthospinologist and doesn't twist your head and neck, he adjusts your neck with a device that 'taps' you behind your ear. Sometimes popping and cracking a person's neck can be scarry especially for a young person.
