Anyone know of a good home inspector? You know, the kind that finds all the stuff you need to know BEFORE you buy the house ;)

Realtor- Gena Dunn (469) 766-4362gena@genarealty.com It took us 10 years to finally buy a house so we were real particular and she was great. Not only at finding houses but she was honest like "this house looks good but it has signs that routine maintenance wasnt kept up with, its gonna have hidden issues pop up" stuff like that. And with ours being a va loan we had certain guidelines to follow and she always made sure it was something we could get. Mortgage Lender Mike Banes- Mortgage Gallery (972) 393-0900mike@mikebanes.com He has been in the business like 35 years or something. Whats great about him is you talk to him or his secretary directly. I could call or email them and get answers in minutes. I was able to scan and email most everything and the one time I had to go in person the secretary literally met me in a mc donalads parking lot to save me the drive. Mike and Gena work together a lot so it was nice having them coordinate and share info and I didnt have to go back and forth with them.
