I’m looking for a reputable company who can offer some smaller, but upscale menu items (apps, dinner & dessert) and who also offers a small serving staff to serve food and drinks to our guests.   Trey- we (Seven Loaves Catering) can take care of you. I fry them for pickup by 10 am Thanksgiving Day. I use a brine, inject, and rub process that takes 3 days so early soon! You won't be disappointed.
