  Hope this is okay to post. I am buying a HUD home in Glenrock and there are some necessary repairs that my lender is requiring to be done. I am needing bids submitted by contractors, business owners, who would be willing to do the work at a reasonable rate. If you have any ideas of people you have used or know that do quality work at a fair price let me know. I'm needing the exterior of the house painted, roof redone- Tlock shingles removed and new roof installed that can be insured, garage redone- they tried to make this into an extra room that didn't work so well- will need new garage door, opener, and rails. And possibly even an estimate on re-doing the kitchen cabinets and putting in a new bathroom vanity. Thanks for any thoughts.
