  I switched from Dr Nowinski to Dr Tolley one street over on Live Oak at the end of my pregnancy just last year. You have to ask your old Ob to give you a copy of your file for this pregnancy or sign a consent for that they can fax it over and release any info requested by the new Dr. 5306712229. Theres Dr Tolley and Dr Genobaga. They are both great and work together when one is out of the office for a birth etc.
