  Vet Reccomendation. FREE - Barnwell, SC (29812) I wanted to get everyone's opinion on a great vet that would be local to Barnwell. There are a few to cohoes from, so I wanted to see who had the best and cleanest office, knowledgeable, and knew what they are doing. I've had some past offices I've walked straight out of due to the overall cleanliness of the office. Also, different vets use different causes of action when treating sick dogs opposed to not sick dogs. I wouldn't want a new born puppy going into an area where a sick dog had previously been.
