  If you're looking for a therapist, just to talk to, send me a message. If you want a psychiatrist who can prescribe medication, I would suggest Raleigh Psychiatric Associates, 919-787-7125. They have male and female doctors, almost all will take new patients. The doctors will not provide in depth therapy, but will help with coping skills. If they feel you need medication, they will ask your opinion, as opposed to forcing it on you. They will also start you on low doses of minor type meds before throwing you into Xanax...which rocks, btw! :) If you're looking for a child, that same practice can help. Sometimes, we all need a little extra help to get through the rough times.
