  uh oh--K ceiling now has a bunch of brown stains--contractor says I need to deal w this ASAP, opening up the ceiling to dry it out so I don't get mold--yikes!!--and he needs to get snow off back roof & see where water is coming from--he can't do this for another 2 weeks--anyone know if that's a problem?--he wants $1700 just for this but thinks insurance will cover it if I don't say it's ice dams--& it might/not be--cd be a hole in roof. anyone know if this is too $$? know a good contractor? thanks.
