  Is anyone with allstate insurance and likes their agent? Very unsatisfied with who I currently have (east side of syr from before I moved) and not sure if I am in a position to switch to another company right now (2 auto claims in less than a year). Wondering if a switch in agents would help, as I feel like I am limited w/options. My current agent has proven herself useless, inconsistent with information and is not helpful at all in following through with assisting me in the claims process. Getting answers to any of my questions is a nightmare. Completely fed up :(
