  Depending on the size and brand of the tire yes 1000 is fair. Plus 19 s are not an overly popular size so they can sometimes cost more. Check out pepboys.com they have a special buy 3 get 4 th free on select tires and also more discounts if you order online they also price match with same quality tire with in 5 k miles on the wty.
