  If not allowed, please remove. I'm looking for a reasonably priced vet in the fort Gratiot and surrounding area. From searching online, I believe my cat has pleural effusion (fluid buildup in the chest cavity around the lungs). We just paid insurance and my husband is between jobs so we are severely tight on money, but I can't stand letting my kitty suffer. Please help me out, let me know of good vets with reasonable rates (and possibly option to make payments) thanks so much.
