  Nancy R. wrote: Used her for 8 or 9 years. My taxes are not complicated. I do not have a small business. I liked her, thought she was very nice. Took my 2015 taxes in on Monday the fourth of April. She was not nice...said I had missed her deadline, questioned me having my 1099's, Had written info/figures on front of envelope. Note: of course 1099's were inside envelope. I normally took my taxes in around that same time. The way she treated me was unacceptable. I left my taxes their, was told I would probably have to file extension. I felt that I had been scolded. I went back and picked up my taxes, as I decided that I did not want her to do them. My taxes were done the next day by someone who was very nice, very thorough, and happy to have my business. I am a pretty loyal person, and I have staying power....but I must be treated respectfully, and with some professionalism. Things like calling me a lier, no will not tolerate. Disappointed!
