She recognized his autism while we were paying for his jump. About 40 minute into our jump, they were going to turn down the lights, but before she did she came and found me. She asked me if it was alright to turn down the lights, if my baby would be okay with all the lights. She said if I didn’t think he could handle it, she’d wait and let us finish our jump. Nobody has ever taken the time to acknowledge my son’s disability. They look at him and see behavioral problems. Nobody knows the battle I go through with him daily. That little bit of kindness touched my heart! She’s such an amazing young lady. It really made our whole family’s day.

I spend just for three kids and socks and just socks for me to go in there with my 4 year old $80 dollars I didn’t get any food or drinks for them cause I would of spent 100 dollars more for all that.

However, having one counter person when specials are announced where you have to wait 30 minutes in line to even be able to jump plus the cost to jump when there are no specials makes it difficult to want to go regardless if there are are aren't specials. As indicated by how crowded they are when they do announce specials, I think they would have more people all the time if they just lowered their prices.
