  Call Carolina Shutters & Blinds. We had ten windows done for less than $900.00. They are based in Winston Salem, but have a Raleigh location. The blinds came in w/in two weeks & were installed in one day. Local # is 919-833-9550.

  Carolina Shutters & Blinds just installed cafe plantation shutters for us on Friday. They make them locally and the quality is much nicer then Budget Blinds we had previously. The lead time is only 3 1/2 weeks and the service was great. 919-833-9550. Loved Barrie that sales woman and Drew did the install. Both were fantastic!
