  Just had one done a couple months ago by a guy named Howard Casey, number is 517-402-3692. He had been a contractor and landlord in the past. Charged $300 flat fee for the home inspection, radon inspection, and pest inspection of the property. I was beyond happy with the detail he put into it, i highly recommend him.
