  I bought this Bachman Silver Series 52' depressed center flat car with transformer at a train show a while ago. My dad worked as a transformer testman @ the GE power transformer plant in Pittsfield, MA so I got to see a lot of these during my childhood. While looking through Google images for inspiration I came upon the image below from the GE archives. Below is my interpretation of it. I'd like to put the NYC logo and car number on it to finish it off. Anyone know where I could get decals for this type of car?

  Mike, go on microscale.com. They have loads of railroad decals in various scales. You may find very thin white and yellow stripes someplace there.
