We have approximately 600 ft.² of builder grade engineered floors that I have been told can be lightly sanded and refinished.   Hi! We're in the market for new flooring. We need approximately 700 square feet covered and would like hardwoods. Does anyone know of a place that has flooring for less than the big box stores? A friend of ours used a company out of Wilmington (Mid-Atlantic Flooring, I believe?) a few years ago that is no longer in business. They were able to get an $8/sq ft wood in the $2 range. I believe it was from a "reject" stash..? We like the darker woods- the more rustic, the better. You guys are a wealth of knowledge. Surely there's a hidden gem for flooring in this area!

  I am an assistant manager with a local apartment community in Wake Forest. We are looking for a new cleaning company who can handle a large spectrum of work ranging from move-out's to more "commercial" cleaning of our clubhouse, offices, kitchens etc. We will have a large amount of work needed when we start seeing an increase in move-outs at the end of Summer so we need more than just a 1-2 person business.
