  Scott L. wrote: SHOCKING SERVICE. NOT RELIABLE! DON'T USE CARMENS CAKES!!!! Ordered a birthday cake 3 months in advance and when we tried to contact to pick up the cake. No response. Never picks up the phone. Never returns texts. We even checked 10 days before and were told lies that everything was ok. She even had the cheek to take a deposit. No response with regards to the deposit either. Do yourself a favour and don't ruin your celebration by ordering a cake from carmens cakes.
