  Anelle, it could take about half an hour for staff to get there at this time of night and by then the dog might have moved away. In this sort of situation the only solution is to stay with the animal or take it home with you and call 083 287 9917 as even an sms could cause a delayed response. Hoping the poor dog found shelter.
