  Jamie G. wrote: I am utterly disappointed in this service. I ordered 2 times without much trouble there were a few slip ups but they got resolved. I set the reservation for my annual halloween party 6 months in advance. The pricing was gone over and confirmed and my order was going to be almost exactly the same as last time maybe just adding a little more quantity. I emailed the final count on 10/25 per request , and was going to pay my bill. Then , on 10/25 , 4 days before my scheduled event, she changed all the prices on me!!! No notice at all! !! I talked to her over a week ago asking what day she needed the final count by, I told her then my order would be almost exclusively the same, she did not tell me then about any price increase then. Now 4 days before the party, steep price increases! Making this unaffordable. Raising prices 4 days before my party with no notice from a reservation 6 months in advance with confirmed prices is bad business, bad karma and just wrong!!! Do yourself a favor and use someone else! My party is ruined. I'm trying to find a replacement with basically now 3 days notice because it's end of day Tuesday with a party on saturday! So disappointed. Do not use this service,. Bad karma. Bad service. Bad people.
