  I had a really bad experience at perfection plus. I would never recommend it or give them a second chance. First of all they told me I could pick my car up at 5pm the day I dropped it off, I get off work and the guy is like oh I didn't get to it, didn't call to tell me prior to me showing up and asked if he could keep it over night. I agreed because he said he would do an amazing job, so I go to pick up my car the next day, mostly because I knew they closed at noon and it was 11:30 and I still had not received a call and they were not answering there phone. Long story short he still had not touched it and I told him I needed to take it because I couldn't be without a vehicle the whole weekend, since the next time they would be open would have been Monday. The guy was not apologetic, nor did he offer me any incentives or anything. I was irritate!!! One would have thought my car was super dirty and needed a lot of detailing had to be done, except my car is only 3 months old and needed very little done.
