  Cheers to someone that can fix my porch and it's small leak. I hired someone I thought I could trust. We discussed the leak, and that the roof is flat and needs to be angled slightly. $200 for labor and over $100 in materials and I I come home and the only thing that was done was the very bottom 1/4 inch plywood was replaced ( incorrectly) and painted with the thinnest coat of paint you've ever seen. He was also supposed to remove and replace all the rotted wood. Well, the main piece the roof is on is rotted bad and very obvious but was never replaced Anyway, this small 6 × 6 ft roof now has leaks in to places that it never used to. It needs new felt, and shingles or shingle roll, plywood and angled. So we now have over $300 in it for cosmetic reasons that did nothing to stop the leak. EXPERIENCED ONLY. TY.
