About us

I'm Rachel Mthembu, an Australian now living in South Africa. I'm a freelance, mobile makeup artist based in Durban, South Africa. I specialise in bridal makeup, and also do makeup for special events. I believe in using makeup to enhance a woman's nautral beauty, and to help build our confidence to make us feel beautiful, inside and out. I love the creativity that makeup artistrty allows, and believe in using high quality products to create the best possible look for you and to ensure longevity. I work primarily with MAC cosmetics, and also use other brands such as Urban Decay, Stila, Benefit and Bobbi Brown.

I believe it is a true privilege to be part of making a bride prepare for her special day, a girl for her matric dance, or any event that you want to look and feel your best for. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to create your dream look!
