As a professionally licensed massage therapist I get the chance to help people improve their quality of life. Everyone should be proactive in their health and massage is a great preventative care tool. Whether you are just starting to feel the aches and pains of life or have been suffering for years, take action now. These ailments left untreated worsen and eventually cause bigger issues.
With my clients I try to go above and beyond just the massage. I help educate people on stretching and strengthening to further improve their sessions and quality of life. Watching for postural trends and reeducating clients on proper posture is also a very important part of what I do to help ensure ailments don't worsen.
I believe in the importance of using not only massage but stretching, strengthening, and educating together to create a wellness plan designed for each individuals needs.
