  I use Doggie Dial A Wash too and my dog, although a toughie, is a big baby. I asked him to muzzle him the first time and he said no he would see how it went - and he is fine and does not have to be muzzled. He's not vicious but gets scared. 07854-871842 or 07760-165198.
