I currently have an appointment with River Arts Dentistry, but would really like your input. ​ I will have to make a choice between fillings and crowns, and there's a huge price difference so I need the right answers. I know dental work is not cheap, but I would like someone skilled, not pushy, and will give me an honest assessment and options. I would really appreciate if someone has a great dentist, especially for bruxism (teeth grinding) or general wear. Thank you!!

  [WNC Dental ](http://www.wncdental.com/) - Dr. Ludwig and her whole staff is fantastic. Before moving here, my previous dentist had recommended a bunch of work which she said was entirely unnecessary.
