  Back to estimates on some work we need to have done. I called literally 8 numbers and so far we have one estimate. Very quick and professional one I believe. But hubby wants one more to compare. I called local contractors and I am not able to get second estimate. 2 of them even said they would come and never showed up on when they said they would. One came and never got back to us with estimate. Should it be this hard? Any other recommendations on honest local construction company/contractor? It's one sunroom that we need to turn into 4 season room (currently 3 season)j or is it just not "big enough job" to be even interesting to people ?
