About us
My name is Heather Dalton. My partner in crime is Amy Oberholtzer. We couldn't agree on a name so we used our initials. We also couldn't agree who's should go first so we used both hence AH-HA! Pretty cheesy and perfect.
We are both professional cake decorators. Amy currently lives in Eugene where she is the GM of a restaurant. I currently live in Oregon City where I'm a Jill of all trades and am raising two insane but wonderful children. We will open a cake studio one day but for now we both make cakes separately, though we do collaborate from time to time when needed.
We make all cakes and buttercream from scratch and to order. We are very flexible on flavors and can potentially do vegan or gluten free if it's needed.
