Just go straight to the garage and pick your car then hand in paperwork at the exit where they will print off your agreement.

Can I also say a deer ran out in front if us a few weeks ago I'm kissmee and we ended up thru a brick wall!! The Chevy suburban with anazing around airbags apparently saved our lives!! And the vehicle itself rang 911!!! The next day Barry had to be taken to get us new vehicle and Alamo were wonderful everything immediately sorted!! So insurance brilliant !!!

If memory serves me correct SIXT are off site, it doesn't make a great deal of difference but just a lot of clatting about. If you get the option of Alamo, you might be able to do the On Line Check In which saves a lot of time.

It's difficult the first time as sooooo many options. You'll be fine though. With some companies you can check in online before you go as well and this I would reccommend as it means when you arrive at the airport you go strat out to the carpark to collect the car and void the desk where thye try to convince you that you need a bigger car, more insurance, sat nav etc. Alamo do it for sure but there are others as well. Also speeds the whole process up for you.

This years going to be our 5th time in Florida, but our Daughters (13months at time of travel) first. Hadnt planned on hiring a car as we have always got by without easily, but thinking maybe we should? What do I need to know? Any tips? Best companies? Is insurance included in the cost shown on comparison sites? Any hidden costs? Thanks in advance!
