Yes, basal body temp for a couple of cycles is very very telling; (simplified) temp drops day before ovulation jand elevates afterward. Progesterone will keep level throughout second half of cycle which will then drop right before period indicating drop in progesterone just before menses. If temp chart shows ups and downs during 2 nd half of cycle could be as simple as low progesterone. There are good natural supplements as well as acupuncture which can support this cycle! Excellent RE's and fertility doc will always embrace wholistic approach to baby making 💕
