I am a single mum of two children who loves making cakes.
I began making cakes for friends and family about 4 yrs ago and set up the lemon tree bakery in February 2012
I specialise in wedding cakes and also teach various baking courses. I am based in southport.
I hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate and also have public liability insurance - I have a 5 star 'scores on the doors' rating
I do not advertise my business anywhere as I prefer to gain all my custom via word of mouth recommendations.
All the photo's pictured are my own work, and if I have taken inspiration from another cake maker I will always give them credit in the comments thread.
