Farmer Producer and retailer of traditional European style cured meats such as; Chorizo, Saucisson sec, Prosciutto, Toulouse Sausage, Italian salami. We run our free range pigs in the Groot Winterhoek Mountains of Porterville in the Western Cape. We use traditional slow curing methods.
