  Looking for advice please - we have been tenants in a property since December, our landlord has refused the right for an agency to manage the property and insists on doing this himself although he lives abroad. We have had ongoing problems within the house with plumbing heating electrics and other issues. He is being unresponsive to emails from myself and the agency regarding the issues. Does anybody have an idea who I can contact to talk to? as moving out and breaching our tenancy is looking like our only option and need to know where I stand as 8 month pregnant and can't bring a baby into a inadequate property. Citizens advice have told me all they can and still got no where. Thanks.
