  Not a specific recommendation as such, but I strongly recommend sticking to a member of the home builders association if possible. They're pretty strict in the membership requirements (company solvency for one thing, you don't want your builder to bankrupt in the middle of the job and take your money with them) http://www.homebuilders.mb.ca/
