  Congratuations on making the decision to stop smoking! I quit 4 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I was a 2 pack a day smoker for 45 years. I suggest 2 websites that can be a great help. Freedom From Smoking - there is a facebook group - and a help site (lung.org). Also, whyquit.com. I'm sorry you want to take the vapor route. It really is not the stepping stone you're looking for. Plus it is just as poisonous to your body as cigs; if not more so.
