  Hi everyone, I wanted to see if anyone has recommendations for subterranean termite treatments (not very bad) and sewer lateral work?? I'm buying my home "as is". I have inspections for termite with a quote and an estimate for the sewer lateral. Kinda want to explore my options and see if there's any other estimates I can get before going with someone.
