  Don't have any tattoos myself but hear unanimous praise for [Folk City](http://folkcitytattoo.com/). There are 1 or 2 tattoo arts festivals in Hampton Roads every year: Hampton in March and Virginia Beach towards the end of summer, IIRC, not to be confused with the [Virginia International Tattoo](https://www.vafest.org/tattoo/) going on in Norfolk this weekend.

As soon as I get some money together I am going to see him myself, Logun restores my belief there are good artists out there and not nickel and dime shops filled with Scratchers.
