  On route to Manchester for a gig after a great week of rehearsals, and lots of decorating. Can anyone recommend someone to see about my hands? I am finding playing instruments really painful at the moment and need to get them sorted!! Don't know if it's tendenitus, carpol tunnel or just a strain but any advice is welcomed...   There is a sports massage therapist at the chiropractors in Fleet called Julie. She really knows her stuff... Massage, lymphatic drainage, injury recovery, stretches for RSI etc etc. 01252 622050
