  RESCUE FRIENDS - Does ANYONE have rescue contacts in or around the Sarasota, FL area?? There is a family w a dog that has large tumors and they can't afford the surgery - I want to help BUT we REALLY need a Rescue Discount as their vet quote is $650-$800. This is not the first time this dog has had them removed - they keep coming back.

  There's two basset rescues in florida. Suncoast Basset Rescue, Basset Rescue of Florida. There' might be others. Go to www.dailydrool.com it lists all the basset rescues. The rescue I worked with shut down :(
