Hello,
I was wondering what people feel about protein powder, I started to use this in my smoothies a week ago because my health teacher said I need about 60-70g of protein a day training as a triathlete.
And the powder is Vega which is a vegan powder. Does anyone know how much protein one needs? Everyone is different after all, so it's hard to say all humans need 40g of protein a day.
