  Alicia, I had a big problem with one of mine back in the summer, I rang around all the local vets and none of them are real reptile experts... After speaking to Julie from the tortoise society she put me onto Dean Felkler at downlands in emsworth, he was amazing and fixed my girl right up.... Vets number is 01243 377141. Good luck x
