Can anyone recommend a good gym or fitness place for someone who is extremely intimidated by gyms. I'd prefer to do circuit training or something that incorporates weights with cardio and I don't have to think/plan.

CatchWeight Fitness and Boxing 12544 S Pasture Road(4030 W) it's such a great work out you can burn up to 1000 calories in a fitness boxing class. It's such a great atmosphere it feels like a family. The boxing class isn't you in a ring or anything you hit your own bag with an instructor telling the whole class what to do. They have gloves and wraps to use and your first time is free. There is also Zumba, bootcamp, yoga, an personal training. Catchweightfit.com has the schedule and more info. They also have a FB page. I can honestly say it's one of the most addicting workouts... I love it.
