Recovery day after yesterday's race. So a 30 min leg stretch around the field followed by a 35 mins abs and arms workout.
Oh and I mustn't forget my trusty foam roller. It's THE most important piece of kit I own !
Can't recommend them enough.
I don't have sports massages. My first sports massage was a bad experience and put me off for a long time. (Bruising all down the outside of both thighs from the massage and the massage hurt like hell !)
My second was an extended family member who is a qualified sports masseuse and it was great. But they live so far away.
So me and my trusty foam roller and travel roller have a fantastic relationship
