  Oh poor thing! Kim, we go to Children's Denistry Group in Lake Zurich. LOVE THEM and I'm fairly certain they have a dentist on call for ERs. The phone number is 847-726-0300. They're right on Rand Rd. www.childrensdentistrygroup.com. The kids see Dr. Paul Herer.
