For Omaha, check out archetype or Hardy, great stops. Archetype is your typical minimalist third wave, Hardy is a little cozier and fun while still making great quality coffee. I think I favorite location is actually called “the 402” in Benson neighborhood (it’s a Hardy coffee shop, they just renamed that one location). You can also check out www.caffeinecrawl.com The guy travels the US meeting with owners and roasters while hosting “coffee crawls”. He has lists of all the shops he visits and built a few nice guides for a lot of cities including KC
Hey peeps! What's your favorite local coffee shop? That place the whole neighborhood loves? We want to profile some. Now leading the survey: Benetti's, Black Dog, Ground House, Whistle Stop, One More Cup. Thoughts?
