Bob K. replied:Gins Cabs picked up and dropped off my mother in law for over a year, unfortunately she has Parkinsons. All the drivers were polite, on time and went that extra mile by helping her to the door. To be fair no company gets it right 100% of the time and am sorry to hear others have had a bad experience. Ask for Dia when calling, he will always accommodate where he can!
Gins C. replied:Hi Sarah, yes I spoke to you last week after you had spoke to Gary and told you I could not do the job and to ring Gary direct, I will speak to Gary and find out why he didn't turn up for you. Gary does not work directly for Gins Cabs he was covering phones whilst I had other arrangements.
Gary D. replied:Hi I think there's been some mistake here - I remember speaking to Sarah last Tuesday but didn't speak to her on Thursday and make the booking. I don't know what but there has been some mistake here and it was not down to Gins cabs who passed the lady onto me. So sorry for the problems but clearly there is some mistake with this booking. I hope everything worked out OK in the end.
Jane P. replied:We booked a taxi in August from Miskin to cowbridge at 11 pm and they didn't turn up- therefore don't know the drivers name! Also when we phoned to question where the taxi was, the person answering the phone was rude and told us the driver had waited outside- at no point did he knock the door or phone (if he did turn up). We have made a point of not using Gins Cabs since
