  Apologies if this is not allowed but really want to warn people not to rent 190 Birley Spa Lane at Hackenthorpe... Me and my family had to move out 9 months in due to the amount of damp and mould that had been covered up by the landlady (lady used as a vague term) we have had nothing but problems, my daughter and wife have been in hospital numerous times due to it. The house we found had been used for growing marijuana and the reason there is no fire in was because numerous polish people had lived there previous and had that much rubbish there were rats behind the walls so they had to fill it in. After numerous contact with the landlady they eventually put air vents in the house to which it had been found the old ones had been filled in with lead. She would only change 3 of 5 which the contractor said needed doing. Even after this my family still could not breathe the house is horrific. Just a warning to people not to get conned like we did.
