  Thanks Marvin Heath . We, Green Earth Outdoors don't have kayaks at this time. We've gone back and forth about getting some and may yet later this summer. For canoes, (and later on when we get kayaks), they can be rented and picked up at our shop ne ar Georgetown, IN. We include as part of the rental, a car top carrier and will help load it. Our rental rate for one days is actually a 24 hour period (or weekend is 72 hour period) so they can be brought back the next day. For 4 or more boats, we will deliver to any navigable waterway with road and public access (or private access if permission is secured) in Jefferson and Meade Co. KY, Harrison, Clark, Floyd and Crawford Co. IN. As Mike Bucayu mentioned above, River City Canoe & Kayak might have kayak rentals that you can take elsewhere. Otherwise, they have them on Harrods Creek out in Prospect.

There are located on 814 Cherokee Road...in the Highlands....502-384-3737. Beginner lessons are very important...they give you a foundation which you can build on and Doug Davis is an American Canoe Association (ACA) Certified Trainer. Beginner lessons are well worth the money. I have purchased several kayaks, paddles, and other gear from this shop...I love em...good friends of paddling. Thanks, Dave Wimsatt
