Hello!! Tomorrow makes 5 weeks exactly!! To date I've lost 23lbs my beginning weight surgery day what's 341. Now I've kinda stalled I've decided to stop stalking the scale, however I want to make sure I'm doing everyhing right. I go to the gym and do at least 25/45 min of cardio, I'm lifting light weights to tone, but I'm still stuck!!! I need a diet but the dietitian I have charges so much for a diet I just can afford it. Can you please help are there any diets on line? Does anyone have a diet that will tell me what I should really be eating? I'm doing my protein, water and eating chobani yogurt and good suggestions would help thank you. Fellow sleever
